Gas station with gasoline and diesel is next to the entrance to the park. Stop at Humboldt state park during Avenue of the Giants tour and walk the nature trails across the street from the visitor center We arrived for a one night stay to a very pleasant welcome by the woman in the office, who was equally pleasant over the phone when we booked the site.
This was just a one-night stopover for us. The couple managing were very friendly and very helpful. Such nice people. We parked in the front and had a nice and level spot.
